The staff provided good service throughout my stay, and the laundry facilities were efficient. my room had a lingering smell from the bathroom sink, and the noise from the gym above was disruptive during my sleep. It could be a suitable choice for families, considering the amenities available.

missingWrote a review on Nov 03poor housekeeping
Had some significant issues with two different rooms. The first had a massive window facing the laundry room and I could see rainwater leaking in through the roof. The bathroom smelled awful, towels were dirty, and housekeeping was inconsistent. In the second room, I could barely get any rest due to the constant noise from the weights dropping above and nearby traffic. Plus, the food was expensive yet not worth it.

The staff were incredibly attentive, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming.
The gym located on the third floor creates a lot of noise early in the morning, which disrupts sleep.

The location is central and convenient for exploring.
During my 6-night stay, the housekeeping was disappointingly inconsistent. Fresh towels were only provided twice, and I had to repeatedly ask for basic toiletries like toilet paper. It's also frustrating that my linens were not changed until the fourth night, which makes the overall experience quite uncomfortable.

The gym noise was pretty annoying, but loved the comfy room ambiance.

Good vibes but some noise
I stayed for 6 nights in a Twin Room. The staff were super friendly and helped with everything I needed. While the A/C was a lifesaver in the heat, the gym up on level 3 was kinda loud, made it hard to relax. Had breakfast at the restaurant, which was pretty good! Just wish the plumbing was better.

I had a lovely stay where I thoroughly enjoyed the spa services which really helped me unwind, and the cozy common areas were perfect for relaxing with a book. The pampering options like body scrubs and massages were just what I needed after a long day of exploring. My only small issue was some noise from the hallway at night, but it didn't overshadow the overall great experience! 😊

Recommend it for couples seeking convenience
My stay was pleasant,, the restaurant served tasty and varied food. The front desk attendants were really helpful, made me feel welcomed from check-in to check-out.
It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but for what I got, it felt acceptable.

It was just an optimal selection for a holiday in Georgetown with good value considering price it charged. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. Avoid the higher floors if you want peace and quiet.
